Conference Rooms & Booking Credit

Locations

Details and photos of all conference rooms are available on our website.

  • Table Mesa conference room is located on the 1st floor.
  • Apex meeting room is located on the 3rd floor Eagle's Nest.
  • Mt. Galbraith conference room is located on the 4th floor.
  • Chimney Gulch Podcast Room / Zoom Room is located on the 4th floor.

You can also book conference rooms at our Red Rocks location.

BOOKING CREDIT

Some memberships include monthly booking credit which renews on the 1st of each month:

  • Coworking: 2 hours per month
  • Reserved Desk: 5 hours per month
  • Private Office: 5 hours per month

You can check your remaining credit under the Reservations tab after clicking 'Book Now' and selecting a time.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Please keep in mind that we have a 24-hour cancellation & no-show policy. For members using free time, if you cancel within 24 hours, there will be a $20 cancellation fee. For nonmembers, if you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged the full booking amount.

For nonmembers wishing to cancel more than 24 hours in advance, we will credit your account for 100% of your booking cost; if you request a refund instead, we will refund you 90% of your booking cost to cover our merchant processing and staffing fees.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please let us know as soon as possible so the room is available for others.
