Printing & Copying

Connects Workspace printers use PaperCut MF software. You can install this yourself using the instructions below, or we can help you get set up during your member orientation.

VIEW YOUR PRINTER USAGE & BILLING

You can log into the User Portal while on the ConnectsWorkspace network to view your print/copy usage and billing.

PRINTING COSTS

For both printing and copying, black & white pages are 20¢ and color pages are 50¢. There is no charge for scanning.

Most memberships include monthly credits, which reset on the 1st of each month.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If you're running into any issues, here are some steps to try while on the ConnectsWorkspace network:

  1. Refresh your printers in Print Deploy:
    • Click 'Print Deploy', the little black printer icon in the system tray (top-right corner of Mac screens, bottom-right corner of Windows screens) and choose 'View my printers'.
    • Click 'Refresh' next to 'My printers' in the top-left corner.
    • Make sure you see the Connects printers and that they say 'installed' in the right column.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Log out & back in to Print Deploy:
    • Click 'Print Deploy', the little black printer icon in the system tray (top-right corner of Mac screens, bottom-right corner of Windows screens) and choose 'View my printers'.
    • Click 'Change user' in the bottom-right corner and log in again.
  4. Uninstall & reinstall Print Deploy:
    • Mac
      • Open Finder and click 'Applications'.
      • Open 'PaperCut Print Deploy Client' and run 'Uninstall.command'.
      • Reinstall using the Installation steps above. 
    • Windows
      • Open Control Panel and click 'Programs and Features'.
      • Open 'PaperCut Print Deploy Client' and click 'Uninstall'.
      • Reinstall using the Installation steps above.
